You might recognize this

Is this you?

A lot of the men I work with wouldn’t have called it a crisis. It looked more like this:
  • You’re holding it together for everyone else, and running on empty doing it
  • The emotion that comes easily is frustration — everything else is harder to reach
  • You’ve been numbing more than you’d like: the extra drink, the endless scroll
  • You’re successful on paper and still feel flat, stuck, or disconnected
  • You’ve never really had anyone you could say all of this to
  • You keep telling yourself you’ll deal with it when things slow down
My work isn’t about toughening you up or handing you a checklist. It’s a space where you don’t have to perform or keep parts of yourself out — and that’s usually where the real work becomes possible.
What it actually looks like

Three steps, at your pace

1

A 15-minute intro call

We see if it’s a fit — that’s the whole goal. No commitment, no intake forms, just a conversation.

2

Your first session

We start exactly where you are. Most men arrive carrying more than they’ve let on to anyone.

3

The real work

We go past the surface problem to what’s underneath — gently, and at a pace that feels safe.

Why men feel safe here
“The biggest predictor of good therapy isn’t the method. It’s whether you feel safe and understood.”

I won’t try to fix your behavior or hand you a system. Somewhere along the way, a lot of men had the part of them that could feel, want, and connect quietly shut down — usually by pressures no one chose.

My work is helping you get that part back online: your hopes, your wants, who you actually are underneath what you were told to be. It takes time, and it’s some of the most worthwhile work there is.

“She’s a great listener and very insightful. She sets you at ease, with a calming, empathetic approach.”

You don’t have to wait until it gets bad.

If any of this resonated, the next step is simply a conversation.
