About Us
At Unstuck Therapy we use the hardy dandelion flower as a symbol of resilience and the ability to thrive in a variety of conditions.
Because each of us is born with a unique temperament, we feel that it is important to acknowledge each individual’s strengths.
The dandelion inspires an adaptive way of being that we can learn from. The flower bounces back from challenges, thrives in a wide range of environments, and is able to withstand difficult situations.
Online therapy can help you uncover the root of your struggles and help you learn to thrive in a variety of adaptive ways.
If you’re ready, we’re here to help you grow.

These days, my work kind of feels like what I imagine being a Sherpa feels like. My goal is to walk with the client on treacherous, scary, and sometimes painful terrain, to help them put one foot in front of the other, to believe in themselves, to understand how far they have come and to act as a guide in helping them reach the summit—which is often right back to their highest Self.
In my free time, I love size-inclusive fashion, reading non-fiction, stand-up comedy, Denver Nuggets, Bob’s Burgers, street art, and Drag. I am always open to learning new things and deep-diving into feminist theory. It probably goes without saying, but I’m an absolute nerd over all things psychology—particularly, post-traumatic growth, diversity inclusion, and Internal Family Systems theory.

Dr. Linda Baker
I consider myself an expert at providing safety and security. I value inclusivity and ethical therapeutic practice above all else. I work hard to ensure that I am a source of consistency, reliability, predictability, unconditional positive regard, and judgement-free analysis for my clients. I want everyone on my caseload to trust that their well-being is my priority.
While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I find it most rewarding to work with introverted, “nerdy”, and neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ folks who are exploring their sexuality and gender identity, and those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, attachment issues, and spiritual or religious abuse.
